  • A rental contract will be issued for each booking
  • Rental  is in effect from Saturday to Saturday – Short stays from 2 days onwards
  • A down payment of 30% from total rental amount to be send with the rental contract
  • Balance to be paid at the date of arrival +  1000€ deposit as guarantee
  • Arrival time: 3 pm – Departure time: 10 am
  • Mandatory cleaning costs at the end of the stay: 120€
  • Additional heating costs: according to the season

  • Household linen rental: 40€ per room (set for 2 people: bed sheets, towels, bath towels)
  • Free internet access
  • No-smoking house
  • Private parking on the property
  • 1000 sqm fully closed garden

  • Extended rental possible
